Our owner, Garry Gochenaur, has 30 years experience in the construction industry following his degree in construction engineering technology from Montana State University. He has also been involved with most of the homes built in the area since 1985 by supplying trusses thru his first company (Marianna Truss, Inc) and metal roofing from Marianna Metal Roofing, Inc., which he formed in 2007.
This experience has given us ideas and information on how to build the best quality home available. We use durable materials like hardie board cement siding and metal roofing to decrease maintenance and keep the home looking good. We use the best energy efficient products to make the power bill lower. This includes spray foam insulation, low E glass insulated windows, and energy star appliances. We also use quality carpet and tile flooring and oak cabinets to look elegant inside. Nothing is done during construction that values maximizing our profit over giving you a quality home.
